What if I need more than 30 minutes of changes in a month?
We'll always take care of quick requests. Beyond 30 minutes in a month, additional work is billed at $100/hr — we'll check with you before doing anything extra.
Do you handle my domain, DNS, and email?
Yes, all of it — domain connection, DNS records, and a professional business email address are part of your plan.
Do you manage my Google Business Profile?
It's part of our Review Management add-on ($59/mo) — we set up and optimize your Google Business Profile alongside your review management software, since the two go hand in hand.
Can you help with my online reviews?
Yes — that's available as an add-on for $59/mo. We set you up with review management software you can use to manage reviews across Google, Yelp, and any other platform you choose, and we're on hand to help along the way.
Do I need to do anything myself?
Not much. You tell us about your business and what you want, we design and build it, and you approve before it goes live. After that, just message us anytime you want a change.
Will my site show up on Google?

Do I own my website?
Yes. If you leave after 2 years, we'll hand over all your files at no charge. Leaving before 2 years has a $399 exit fee — either way, we'll release any domain we registered for you so you can transfer it to your own account.
